I’ve recently had the pleasure of representing the brand Cathy Pope Jewellery. I’m in love with Cathy’s stuff, so I wanted to share it with you and give you a bit of eye candy…

Cathy has a very unique style. All her jewellery is designed in NZ. It is boutique – not mass produced, and uses 100% natural gemstones. The jewellery has been featured well in the press, including in the latest “Simply You” and “Fashion Quarterly!”

I’m having a very hard time choosing my favourites, but I think it would probably go; the six reasons range, this one in particular:

Or the chunky choker range:

I am going to choose my signature colour turquoise:

I love how on Cathy’s website it tells you what all of the gemstones mean. This is what is says about turquoise:

“Turquoise is an ancient stone associated with protection. It is a strengthening stone, good for exhaustion, depression, or panic attacks. It is anti-inflammatory and detoxifying, reducing excess acidity and benefiting gout, rheumatism, and the stomach. Turquoise assists in problems of the brain, eyes, ears, neck and throat, especially cataracts, migraines and headaches, and problems with balance.”

Anyone who knows me well, knows that I suffer a lot from migraines and headaches, so I feel like this stone is a good fit for me, not to mention I wear this colour constantly.

Then again, the Emerald City range is super pretty as well. Especially when in the mood for something a little more delicate;

I hope you love Cathy’s jewellery as much as me!
